Events are key to engagement, inclusion, culture, and business results. Are events part of your strategy for the coming year? The need for events is highlighted extensively be research, which reveals a huge 80% of people are not engaged at work (Gallup), yet companies with highly engaged people outperform their peers by 147% (Gallup). And that employees who feel their voice is heard at almost 5x more empowered to perform their best (Trailhead Salesforce).

The need for events is true for B2C as well, with 64% of Australians wanting brands to connect with them (SproutSocial), and 93% of consumers say live events have a larger influence on them than ads (Statista).

With this in mind, strategies to build engagement, foster inclusion, build culture, connection and loyalty are imperative.

Recently, we created a three-day symposium which took place simultaneously in 15 cities across the JPAC region, with more than 6000 delegates – plus online attendees – took part in four different events as part of the program with presentations from 13 international speakers. Each live location was hosted by an in-person representative, included experiential hubs and shared engagement activities for all delegates, no matter how or from where they attended. The response?
